I recently received an email from one of my favorite clients who just returned from a fabulous trip to Australia.  Here’s what she had to say about her one-of-a-kind Australian adventure and the service we provided in helping her orchestrate this remarkable journey:

It is hard to find the words to describe just how incredible and perfect our trip to Australia was. When we had first decided to journey to Australia for two weeks, it seemed very daunting to know where to start when planning such a big trip. Sharon made the whole planning process not only seamless and stress free, but fun. It seems like there are infinite options on where to go and what to see in Australia. Sharon walked us through the best highlights, while catering to what she knew we loved and were interested in. This personal and customized touch led to a carefully crafted itinerary for the trip of a lifetime.

We began our journey in Hayman Island, a surreally beautiful heaven-on-earth island in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. From the first moments we were greeted with champagne on our scenic boat trip to the island, to our customized experiences with helicopter tours, jet skiing and snorkeling, and everything in between, our time on Hayman Island set the tone for an out-of-this-world trip. Sharon helped coordinate a surprise helicopter tour for John’s 30^th birthday, which took us over the Great Barrier Reef and landed on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We sipped champagne and took in the stunning view, while being the only ones on the whole beach island.  We would have never found such an incredible location or had the 5 star treatment and excursions we had without Sharon’s guidance and thoughtful planning.

Next up on our journey, we flew to Melbourne for a taste of a truly unique and beautiful city experience. Between all of the flights we took while in the country, to the day trip coastline drive from Melbourne to kangaroo and koala territory, Sharon handled every single logistical detail for us, which made all of our traveling easy and stress free.

After a fun and cultural stay in Melbourne with amazing food and trendy art, we headed to the Hunter Valley wine region. Sharon helped us choose the most wonderful, cozy and beautiful hotel right in the heart of the wine region. We woke up every morning to kangaroos hopping through the vineyard on which our hotel was located. While there, we experienced some of the best service, farm-to-table food and Australian wine we’ve ever had. We never wanted to leave!

We ended our trip in beautiful Sydney where we explored the city, relaxed on local beaches and ate incredible food. Every night, we could see fireworks just behind the Sydney Opera House from our hotel bed as we drank the wine we bought in Hunter Valley and prayed that the trip would never end.

While a long trip to Australia was an absolute bucket list item for us, the remarkable trip that Sharon planned so meticulously has cemented our intention to visit Australia again someday! We fell in love with this unbelievable country through the many different experiences we enjoyed and the delightful people we met while there. This life changing trip would not have been possible without all of the hard work and detail-oriented effort that Sharon put into helping make our trip to Australia the greatest adventure we’ve ever been on!
